extend abs

extend hips
raise arms

contract hips
lower arms

raise arms
extend hips

extend knees
contract hips
contract abs
p

this will take off uke's head with a nasty kick

i dont remember how i did it but subtle differences in this move can cause cooler decaps
i think one even took off an arm
if you tweak it a little you can do really cool stuff

its cool but you say to extend hips twice. also, you don't have to contract abs at the end

ok i fixed the hips thing at the end,

you do have to contract abs at the end, otherwise his head doesnt come off right when you kick him, it comes off once he hits the ground
