Well, sheva and insanity did this in the r2r event. Basically, they used safetrade as a sort of a bank
. They would keep TC that they did not wanted to use in a not updated safetrade, and they would withdraw them when they needed them.

but they were alowed to keep them?

just send a safetrade to your alt account and don't go onto the other account and completely ingnore the pending safetrade, and thats how it works
