Well I was looking through the market section and I searched deal finder for a head texture.

And i got some shops but when i click a shop. Where do i go from there to buy the item?

Then search around here for "bumpmap" and you'll find dosens of threads about it.

Bumpmapping gives the impression of extrusions on the object by changing the way light effects it.
