So im back! (Woot woot!) I wont be online that much though.

I have made a new head texture, of a ninja. It isnt that good, ive uploaded the NON spinning globe version of it, it is .tga.
I do not know whats wrong, the texture isnt changing from my google imaged one. (^.^)

Did you do /dl constipate ingame?
Are you sure you uploaded it with the right dimensions? They need to be either 128x128, 256x256 or 512x512. In your case 128x128.
If you did all that correcty and it still does not work try converting it to .png and uploading it.

And how would i convert it? Would i need to dl something?

Make sure you chose png and optimize without rezising.

Done, the picturesize thing didnt work out, it was all static. (I know right?)
I just opened the thing with gimp, saved as png, uploaded. It works better.
