Hi i'm new here I tested fullscreen mode on two of my coms but at one the mouse is like here and when i click its here:

And my other com can't run fullscreen and lags and stuff really weird so I wanna turn fullscreen mode off but I have to see something first how do I do that?

Allready tried to reinstall.
