Look around the clan board. Then ask to join a clan you find to be interesting.

but should i pay anything ? i mean i have no enough tc :S

Why would you pay to be in a clan. If you want to join a clan and they want you to pay, just leave them.

I doubt, any clan will make you pay but if they do take Megadommer's advice.

Otherwise, gain a bit more experience on the forums then try out. Some clans value that.
