I've seen this idea go around in a few different clans and wondered if we should do it aswell. Basically we go out and find some new players that have promise, and we train them.
It could be beneficial to the clan. What are your thoughts on this?

Not our newbs. We dont have any. Thats why we go out and find some.

"No I'm not letting you in now. Your skill isn't high enough."
"Now, throw me punch in the face. And then you deliver a kick."

This is the way I was introduced to Freelance so I'm going to support it.

Back in FL, you needed to be 2nd Dan to be officially in but those who weren't quite that high belt but showed promise or just general sexiness (in my case) were allowed to wear the tag and post in the forums whilst being mentored by an official member. I think we should replicate this system.

So then, now we have a few opinions out here, what do you think Phail and Warcry?
