im thinking for about 200-300k i mean that its REALLY good ...

I dont think that's enough for a very good detailed set.
usually i can find more than 300k for a very good set in the art/textures thread.
As i can see, you only have 128x128 textures in your inventory.
Its hard to make a good set with much details in a 128x128 texture.
I prefer buy 256x256 or 512x512 for much detailed sets.

For 200-300k you can pretty much request anything, paying any more is just waste of tc, and if artist won't do a great set for that price it's just about his greed not about the payment.
Also yeah, i agree with KZero about the texture items, i suggest you getting full 256x or 512x, full 256x256 costs around 90k-130k and full 512x costs around 280k-340k(If i remember right, so some marketfag can fix this if i'm mistaken), because highly detailed 512x set will look like a stack of shit on 128x textures.

i wouldnt go past 200k
