first, I think it is a nice drawing and pose.
The reflected colors in the corners are from a back light, I know it, it separates the foreground from background.
the shadow of the hair can be orange even and looks great.

I only check the facial features and realise nose is distorted a bit the left of the viewer.
You should allign it to the chin and draw the contour of the shadow area so you wont mistake again.
