From where could i get things like Spiky Hair Textures? Im recreating Toris in a 3rd Party Programm and now i just need to textury my spiky Hair but i dont know where to get that Texture from...

Hair items don't have textures, all that is "textured" about it are it's colours.

Really? it looks like there are low res textures in them ... they have a stripes kinda pattern to give them that ,,hairy" look

Some have textures, they're part of the hair forge. It's why some hair items make colours look a bit wrong.

So is there a way to get these Textures?

Don't they got to be somehow in the item.dat ? i mean the Texture has to be on the Computer somewhere and all items of a user are stored in the Customs/item.dat

No, not really. Hair doesn't have any textures besides colour.

I'm sure Flux here is talking about these textures in the hair.
