Go to http://on.toribash.com and follow the given instructions, as Gel0 said.
Although, clicking your own link will not earn you ANY Tc at all, and say if your friend clicks it, he can continue clicking it, but it will not earn you any additional Toricredits after the same person has clicked it more than once from the same IP.
