Bunch of unnecessary blackscreen.. why
sync as far as velo goes isn't very good. song is too slow and i think that's where you got confused.

for your panning, try setting keyframe interpolaration to 100, and setting your keyframes to smooth

I'm going to have to agree with tyzi with the part about your sync/velo

Other than that it's nice
