Hi, just a quick question

Can anybody point me the best image viewer out there?
One that support .gif animation, .svg, .tga and most other format that the default windows photo viewer doesn't support
with quick image editing such as crop and resize as a bonus

That's what i thought too,
but should i get 17 or Pro 7 is better?

Anyway, both options is very pricey :/
I'll plan to get it when i can afford it
So is there any other 'best' free alternative ?
