I can host any time on weekends, usually 15:30-17:00 GMT +2 when I feel like betting and there isn't another server up, I host one .

/VIP is a feature that lets you add players who can join the server even when it is full. You can type /vip for more info if your tb is updated.

I'm not sure about the other servers, but I think you should show your maxclients amount.
