Use irc.efnet.net. It's small community but got fast irc servers.

Nah,i formated my computer due to overloading hard drive with Images from 4chan and lots of music.
I Think the problem is beacose i run too much Applications who using internet.
Such as IRC,MSN,Autoclicker and SOulseek.

One question left unanswered: why is irc.toribash.com down?
