Title is already self explanatory, after crux's shop closed i don't see anywhere else that sell tp/vip instead of the shop itself (with USD).

Essentially no, because that requires giving out your password so that the person can buy you Toriprime and VIP through the paid subscriptions page. That is why people aren't allowed to make shops unless they can get onto your account without a password.

If you find someone you trust then you can do it that way but don't come looking for help if you get scammed.

I'm not sure if it would be legal:
Pay Toribash user an amount of Tc.
Toribash user transfers real money to clients pay-pal.
Client uses money to buy Tp/Vip

So it's kinda impossible to buy tp/vip unless giving away my password, thanks guys.

I guess this is off-topic, but I would trust murmayder.
