I think not, but you don't really need it. It's just the flat image that replaces default particles.

! This one should be put as official fix for all the people who have ugly fpts, I mean for us TB downloads more ugly ftp and if we delete it it's just full fpts (squares)

That is a black dot and a white background, but inverted,
So, on a black flame if u create a red dot on a white background and you inverte it, the flame will show as red ingame.
Sama with other colors and black flames.
