Why did shmevin get these packs and what are they even, just says nabi and something wrestler

They might be for an event the MS are planning?
And it looks like a pack that includes full sets plus 5000 Tc.
Maybe an event for nabi or something.

Seems like they were there always? They are mostly like monthly deal savers that he bought I guess, I am not really sure but I'm sure it isn't a nabi tourney because then he would keep it in his inv or give to someone high in staff which is not shmevin.

They're old promo packs from around the 08/09 era when monthly themed packs were given away with TC purchases; unsurprisingly enough it destroyed the market and they were eventually killed off for various reasons - the biggest one involving you getting items worth 10x more TC than you'd paid for...
