New colour
So the torishop displays this new colour but it doesn't appear in torishop nor in forums. Why's that?

It is likely in the process of being released, it is very hard to execute everything at once, and so putting it up on the Torishop was probably the first in a list of jobs to do, to roll out this new implementation.
