Seems like this is happening a lot lately, chances are they'll catch the guy send the items back etc. Wait a little, talk to them in #support Don't push it though they're very busy.

Also, I looked at your login ips, and your ip had logged into agonez before, and vice versa. hampalilbr and agonez share their ips also. Seems pretty suspicious, do you want to clarify?
