ok now I just witnessed something I'm not sure if its a bannable offence but is definately unfair to players.... a player was in a tournament with 4 different accounts to gain advantage over all the other players , and gain TC

This is only bannable if it's a public server. There's no evidence in the screenshot that shows it's a public server.
