Im not sure you can convert them into avi or anything (doesnt make sense that you could seeing as it is a 3D replay) But there are programs you can record with such as fraps.
I have seen a script around which allows u to plot the path of the camera throughout the vid to give a smooth camera flow.
I've never been hacked, I didn't believe in password security until I got a free usertitle from it!

If fraps isn't doing it for you, you can use Blam's script to record each frame into bitmaps and then import those into movie maker for a lag-free, high quality version.
