OK i asked meh friend and they al say i can but i was in a thread and it said that you are allowed to use Kitfox's texture set for free so i just wanna make sure

If I recall, it was hampa's set that you can use for free... But, I don't know, maybe you can use kit's too.

Nope, it's not allowed.

I remember seeing a report on some guy stealing his textures.

He got banned for 3 months or something.
