sup, so i downloaded some anime and it turned out to be hd, which is fine, but my shit processer doesn't like hd video, and it gets maxed out at 100% cpu usage while watching, which makes the video stutter at times, which is annoying..

so, is there any way to reduce the quality of the video to make it play smoother or something ;o

The only way I can think of is...

1. Get video editing software (could be windows movie maker).
2. "Render" it as a SD video by resizing it.
3. Voilр!
