You can either:
Go to the mod board (if the mod you want is there), Download it and put it in your Toribash mod folder.
Or
Click the mod tab up the top. Find the one you want and a bunch of text should appear. Copy and paste it into notepad and save it as -modname-.rpl
Then move it into your Tb mod folder.

Or Right click and 'Save As' it to the Toribash folder (Default path is C:/Games/Toribash version/mods)
