Okay I don't know when an announcement will be posted so I'll just give you an early one. You can share this with whoever you want.

The bad news is Toribash has been under attack. We don't know why, and we're not even sure if the attacks know it either because we have no clue who they are. I find it strange that people would want to attack Toribash. We don't even have competitors. The attackers have nothing to gain. The attacks aren't doing any damage. All we've seen is a bit of downtime which is of no benefit to anyone at all.

The good news is Toribash has been migrating to new servers. The migration is still in progress. At the moment we have a new database that should eventually allow us to do live backups instead of taking Toribash down every Tuesday like we used to. It is taking a while, but we are working towards a faster more reliable game and forums.
