Fenris probably, 13chillz, xJuicy, some people in [Fa], Hug, him^
others you really have to just browse the Art and Art/Textures forums to see what styles you like and in turn you can contact that person to see if they are active and if you are able to work something out.

Fenris doesn't make good textures, does he?
I dunno, that's why I said probably ~Mystery
I'd say probably 13chillz, but he's not that much active lately.

EDIT: To mystery, nope, I've seen a number of them. I don't think they're great.

I make textures, but they ain't good. Imo. (Only thing I'm quite good at is Manga/Cartoon heads)
I mostly make graphic art, logos, banners, prints, layouts etc.

Best texture artists would be, VitieK, Cerberus, Chillz, Tyler and Dengue is good with human(oid) faces. Those are the best active ones.

He's something different, really... A texture Jesus if I may. Devoted many hours to his work, probably why he won't take requests, would take tooooo long.
