Well this is the right tutorial

Step 1: Choose your image

Step 2: Go to scale Image(if you want to stretch a layer go to scale layer)


Step3: Un-click the chain thing so the sizes wont change evenly


Step 4: Change the values as you please


You are done. Pixel stretch can really help when doing feet textures enjoy. Stretching and shrinking pixels

This isn't very helpful. It's more like something a first timer on GIMP would know.

Try making a tutorial that will actually help people, like how to shade, or how to make a texture using brushes and hues.

This is actually very helpful in texturing especially on feet if you make textures you would know what I mean. Im sorry if this doesn't help you but it may help others who did not know this

How is it helpful for feet textures? Unless you just copy and paste it's not that helpful.

On a foot texture if you make a design it gets stretched so much in-game and with this you can flatten the design so it stretches less in-game try making feet textures and maybe you will appreciate this tutorial more.

It's the use of one tool, and I've even explained this in one of my videos.

Good effort, but next time try to think of a better idea for a tutorial.
