So yeah... mods abusing power
So... it turns out Mods can kick you from servers for anything they consider 'misconduct' at least that's what these mods told me.

I was getting kicked randomly staring soon after I beat one of them in a joust. Eventually they just banned me outright for complaining.

*Shrug* If someone can pull up the rule book that said "making a mod feel bad gets you banned" then I'll sit down, but otherwise I'm convinced that this game is full of mods on power trips.

dude, it's their decision, and when this sorta thing happens you don't post about it, because people just flame you and call you a noob. and the thread will be shamed.

Like i dunno, pm someone with higher power, such as veb.

why didnt you show us what happened before the kick, you say you weren't just annoying mods, but you don't give any evidence... at all.

Jam has a point, and I'd also like to point out that I highly doubt the mod was abusing his power.

I'm busy idling in the IRC channel right now, where someone who saw the whole thing is describing it in detail.

No offense, but barring any sort of evidence, I'm more likely to believe a member I've known for a long time than one whom I've never seen before.

get over it.

mods don't kick ppl for no reason, 666 and hammer are the only mods i saw and i have never seen them misuse their powers, and i play with both frequently. which leads me to believe that one of them had a good reason to kick you.

So, basically, from what I can infer there, you were taunting him after he presumably justifiably kicked you? And he kicked you to show you that he was, in fact, not worried about your threat?

I was telling him that I felt he was abusing his power and that I'd tell others about this abuse and he kicked me saying he didn't care.

Tell me where that's against the rules
