I am planning on setting up a tourne in the UNCE server. It will be a 8 to 16 person : round tourne. It will have an Upwards of 20000 tc or a rare item for a prize. and annyone can enter (depending on entering rules). I will need help from 1 other high ranked unce member as a 2nd ref. I'm hoping this can be a really fun tourne. Of course I will also need the Pass-Key from Blam, but that can wait till we get everything else together

It can be anny mod, we will decide that depending on the other factors.

It will be held whenever we have the ability to hold it.
