Probably you installed some adware from your latest pirate program or you use those proxy websites that make you showing ads.
Use adblocker if you use chrome.
If doesn't work ,
You're screwed.

Scan your pc with your antivirus and disable extensions one by one until you find the culprit.(chrome)

I also used a spyware/adware/malware cleaner that was created by Microsoft.

nah, you better reformat your pc, and then recombobulate the flux capacitor by rubbing your hard drive with an oddly sized magnet shaped like a chicken.

Yeah, scan that crap. Make sure to use Norton though.
