I've actually had this problem for a while but I still haven't been able to find a way to fix it.

Basically a part of my computer runs in french, even though I set the language to dutch.
I don't appreciate my computer saying Bonjour.

lol that's weird.

Try follow the normal steps to change language (region & language settings) but also make sure to uninstall french if you see it there. How to geek has a ridiculous indepth guide so give it a shot and see if something somewhere fucked up...

Though, if French is ONLY in installers, then that's a known "problem", on EU windows that's the default language for some versions. I don't know how to change this.

I did what the site said and restarted my computer and it didn't say bonjour, I'm satisfied.
