whenever i try to play a video, it is blocky, jumpy, freezes, ect. resizing the screen doesnt help.
the sound isnt changed at all. it still comes through clearly.
im am using quicktime player

Is it a specific video? Or a specific video format? Have you tried updating/reinstalling Quicktime Player? How about trying another video player? I recommend VLC.
How long have you had this problem? Anything you can think of happening when the problem started?

quicktime player, especially old versions of it, cause this issue. its happened to me too. just use windows media player if you are on windows, and on mac there should be a decent program somewhere out there too

k thanks. my main question is, will this happen on an ipod? thats where its going to end up when it finishes downloading

*edit* its done downloading. it is now verifying file contents, then ill try it on an ipod.
