Hey is it possible to have The Avatar on the forums your picture to move and If so ( for regular players ) How do you do it so your Avatar ( forum profile picture ) to like move ? Thanks

Regular players do not have the option to upload a .gif
avatar/signature.

In order to have a .gif avatar you must purchase Toriprime and buy the VIP expansion.
