can you trace a horizontal ruler around the bottom of the dude's ears? they look asymmetrical but it might just be me, and I don't feel like checking.

Also, can I see your references?

step 1: take window
step 2: drag the top of it right underneath his ears
step 3: ????
step 4: profit

You are right about the ears, the eyes are also a bit uneven, its something I struggle with to get everything proportionally right.
