Whenever I try to make a new account It says 'incorrect security code' and idk what is wrong. I am sure I typed it perfectly multiple times.

Try making an account ingame, open toribash, go to login in utils and press the register thing.

The answer to the security question is 5, not 11,172 or some other big number.
