Where is a good place to get started on forums other than on Beginner Sanctuary, I need to get my posts up higher :/

Posts shouldn't be much of a goal. If you're good at it and have TC, the market is one of the easier places to increase your post count. Like I said, your post count shouldn't be a goal, but if you really want to you can always try the market. Off topic is another.
