Okay, here are my thoughts so far:
Each book of the Old Testament is assigned to a team.
Teams consist of 1 clergy member as an editor and team manager, and 2 congregation members as writers.
These 3-person teams section off their assigned book into chapters, so each person can be working on converting at once, making the process faster.
Once the book is finished being converted, the clergy leader of the team will read it over, making appropriate edits, and then submit the book for finalization.
The leading members of the clergy will look over the converted book, make necessary edits, and then finalize it as an official book in BnW scripture.
Once a team finishes a book, they will be assigned another book until the Old Testament Conversion Project is complete.
After all books are converted and finalized, they will be compiled into the first edition of the BnW Bible.
Discuss.
