Yeah, it can be done but the administrators + probably wont do it. I asked avwave to do it for me once but he said according to SkulFuk "When it's done, there's an increase in hacking." Don't ask me to explain the correlation between account qi transfers and hacking, ask SkulFuk.

QI transfers used to be available a while ago, but only for a short period of time.
Admins can transfer TC from one account to another, but that's only if the QI was bought, glitched, etc.
