No, since i've never heard of it.I suggest you use GIMP or Photoshop.
I use Photoshop.

Paint is nothing, just for kinds to have fun with a pen, does nothing actually, use gimp. its really good.

Nah you can use photoshop or GIMP.If those are too complicated for you you can download paint.net.just go to getpaint.net

Paint is not the same thing as Paint Shop Pro.

I believe that Paint Shop Pro is mostly used for editing photos, so you'd be better off using a program like GIMP, which is free.

Yeah iknow am using Gimp realy good soft but kinda suck at it lol any toutr links will realy help dont tell me to Google it cause itryed high and low

You can check the "Tutorials" section of the forum. Google is only good when you're using it for universal things, like making an avatar or signature. They probably won't have tutorials for making 3D textures of a certain game.
