Been seeing him alot on the ban list who is he?

It's a guy who got banned for some reasons and now he is making other accounts and being annoying with moderators.

He kept breaking forum rules, he'd get banned and continue to break rules when he got unbanned, proving he cant listen. It takes a lot to almost get ban on sight for shitposting :P

he mainly shit post and does stupid shit on irc, that's about all he does i think he account shared to once.
