Pretty sure u cant get a moving usertitle with vip. Correct me if im wrong.

I think what you need to do is put a gif link with an [img] to make it work, don't know though

Usertitle is the text below your name. You cant edit your usertitle by yourself.

The only way to get a moving usertitle is by purchasing a usertitle customization through the Nabi shop. However, there may be some event in which you can "win" one.
