Ok so for example if I own 200 jebus head textures and I leave right now from TB can they never be circulated again?

Rn someone owns one of my fav head textures and they are completely inactive and don't wear it (I think there banned as well), what can I do to try to revive the artwork back into the community? Is it lost forever?
