Qi is the ammount of won AND lost games. So if you win one game, and lose another, you'll still get 2 qi. Belt is also defined by qi. Higher the qi, higher the belt.

Pizdu: QI is the total number of games played. Wins & losses included.
QI is kind of like the unit of experience in toribash.
The higher your QI, the higher your experience.
After passing a certain amount of QI, you can get rewards for doing so.
(I.E. Your belt will upgrade to the next one, you will be able to buy new items, etc.)

clearly not reading. as said before twice, it also counts when you loose.
