Re-size a GIF image?
Hey guys,I need to know how to re-size a 175x178 GIF image to 100x100?And if I did re-size it,can I use it a an avatar without TP/ForumVip?

That link above has a bunch of pop up ad spam, pretty annoying. You can resize .gifs in gimp very easily. Just use image scaling under the image tab.
