I can't really remember this but, why were non qi items removed? I just find it kind of annoying that I have to slave away for demon, void and elf.
Edit: But I do understand that some might feel it is unfair as they went to all the trouble to get that far.

hanz0 is not the only person that can do no qi transfers.
hanz0 is currently in charge of the no qi transfers and they most likely will not be back again until he returns.
currently no qi transfers will only occur in a scam when the items will be returned.

if i had to guess i would say just wait and when he comes back they may become available again

I think that why making the items have qi when all you have to do is buy tc for like 5 dollars then buy the no qi item.

I think it's good that they removed it.
They should also remove qi buying as well.

I'm not sure but I guess that they want to sell qi in this way.
If ppl can get items without qi they wouldn't buy it. If they have no other chance some ppl buy it (I only guess so I actually don't know it)

Whats the point of putting a qi limit when people just buy qi?
Then you have a bunch of noobie 10th dans walking around with pure. It's stupid.

When you buy qi, it shows that you are lazy.

Or you just don't want to slave away at the computer wasting a massive amount of time.
