my phone said 'you've used up your 1 gb data' w/e and it said it was gonna reduce my speed until 9/29 .. does that mean i have unlimited data but with slower internet or do i have to pay more if i use alot of data

You still can use your wifi, it's just slower. On 9/29 it'll be fast again. I have the same problem, but the only difference is that mine resets on 9/26.
