Then you don't have enough TC to forge it.

Get more TC to forge it.

You have to have a specified amount of TC as well as a flame forge to be able to make flames. The flame forge is a sort of booster that lasts for a month and allows you to make flames.

What's free is the forge booster, which used to be a $25 monthly subscription on top of paying TC. No one said flames were free, otherwise they wouldn't be traded around for TC. Only the subscriptioned part has become free.
