Is toribash allowing ads to show up now or is it just my shitty browser?

What types of ads do you mean? I had this before and it was to do with some random ads appearing on the right and bottom of the browser, I fixed this by going to my Addons and disabling some addons that were apparently installed.

Yeah i figured it out, one of those random fucking programs that install themselves when you download something sometimes.

Try using adblocker.
And delete all of the shit program you installed.

The only downside to an Ad blocker is that Google have bought it out so that they can display ads inside Ad block. ... a bit counterintuitive if you ask me

Trocher, I also use google chrome and the Adblock Extension. The kind of ads he was talking about was an invasive ad that was installed without the knowing of the user. It is also the same ad for everybody if it ever pops up as well, I had to solve this problem for multiple friends over skype as well.

Do the words on your screen highlight sometimes? If so that's called Search Assist.
If it is search assist I can help you remove of it.

Try Adblock too.
