how long has the new hair been out

I don't know, I guess it was yesterday is what I remember. (correct me if I'm wrong on this one)

Surfer's Seishin was released yesterday.

But i think, why can't make hair texture, if its can, its gonna be really cool

Auro: The hair is already textured, if you take a closer look.
Or check the item forge in-game with Ctrl+O, the texture is thrown on before-hand.
The only thing that is changeable is the color, which I think is okay.
